When we lost our amazing Golden Doodle Keya to cancer after 14 wonderful years together ... we never imagined that one day we would search for another Doodle for our family. As with many things in life ... it was due diligence and some good luck that we were given the name of “Zoe’s Doodles “ and more importantly Rhonda Palmer.
From my very first conversation with Rhonda ... I realized this would be our breeder! Her knowledge of “all things Doodles” was unlike anyone I had spoken with previously. We have a beautiful 6 month old puppy from Lou and Fischer's litter. I had ongoing communication with Rhonda for a better part of a year and a half and found this pairing to be the one for us. Rhonda was very informative and transparent about her breeding program, her dogs, and also about homing the puppies to responsible owners. It was an amazing experience going through the pairing, watching videos on Lou’s pregnancy's, the birth and the first 8 weeks.
Rhonda provides a safe and stable environment for her litters and it is by far best atmosphere I have seen. Rhonda and her family really set the puppies up for success with their adoptive family. They are nurtured from the get go. Rhonda starts with simple obedience and getting them used to indoors, outdoors, and different setting to help build confidence and challenge their minds.
We have a gorgeous boy, Riggs. He is known at the groomer and vet for being a chill laid back boy with manners since we brought him home. He is very loving to our whole family yet he is comfortable to be independent as well. He was a breeze to potty train. He is very intuitive and will mimic any pace that I choose without pulling, with zero training. I would recommend Rhonda and Zoe's Doodles to anyone hands down. It has been such a pleasant and flawless experience with ongoing support.

Recently we had the pleasure of bringing home a Zoe's Doodles, Goldendoodle puppy to be part of our family. My husband and I were determined that if we were going to get a dog, we would get it from a responsible and passionate breeder. We researched breeders across all of the lower mainland until my friend mentioned Rhonda and Zoe's Doodles. After reaching out, we immediately got sense for what dedicated and conscientious Goldendoodle breeders Rhonda and Scott are. We had 2 breeders in mind at the time and what made us choose Zoe's Doodles was the in-depth application form, but truly the selling point was that they would choose the puppy for us, based on their personalities and our needs. That showed us that they weren't just doing this for the money. They genuinely care about every single puppy, as they select for each family, rather than the families selecting simply off of looks. Knowing that they had the puppy's best interest at heart we decided no matter how long the wait might be we wanted one from them.
The wait was long, 7 months to be exact. However, that didn't matter as during this time we were added to a group and were able to view all of the litters being born (and past) and their growing up process. Rhonda shares the birth, and their daily development by doing live videos. We witnessed puppies opening their eyes for the first time, taking their first steps, she also shares their daily weight and shows how she implements Early Neurological Stimulation. Then in a blink of an eye we had our litter! At 6 weeks Rhonda does another interview with each family to get know their personalities and match them to their perfect pup. We were so obsessed with wanting a curly boy, then when time came for puppy picks - we got a wavy girl. I wish I could explain into words how my whole world just clicked. From that moment I could not imagine myself with a boy, I knew she was my girl and that she was the perfect one for our family.
She is our first dog and we were really anxious about bringing her home but all I can say is wow!! What an easy transition it was taking Peach from the life at Rhonda's with her mom and litter mates, to bringing her to our home. She adjusted so quickly to her new surroundings. At 9 weeks of age, she came to us sleeping through the night in her crate and signaling once each night when she needed to be let out to potty. By 10 weeks she was already doing all of the following commands: Sit, down, paw, spin, jump, up, stay, wait, high five, crawl, heel, over, under and look at me. She knew what her name was, where to go potty, who mommy and daddy were and what food and crate meant. We credit this, in no small part, to good breeding and the great early training and nurturing given by Rhonda and Scott. It is obvious that they both have a love for their dogs and go the extra mile to ensure that their pups are given the best possible start in life.
We are now 5 months into having her at home, she is thriving, she's extremely affectionate, great with other dogs, people and is so gentle with kids. She is the most intelligent dog I've ever met grasps new commands in seconds and is now doing food puzzles that are advanced level. She still sees some of her siblings as we have built a bond with those families and it's all thanks to Rhonda for allowing us to share the whole journey with them. Even though we have our pup at home, Rhonda still makes herself available if we have any questions and is a wealth of knowledge! Zoe's Doodles are the epitome of everything ideal breeders should be, and we would recommend them, without hesitation, to anyone looking to bring a Goldendoodle into their family. We consider ourselves very fortunate to be a part of this doodle family and look forward to one day get to enjoy another one of your beautiful puppies!

I had been following Rhonda and her dogs for a couple of years before I decided it was time to open my heart to another dog. I bought my first Zoe’s Doodle puppy in the summer of 2016. It proved to be the best decision ever. Skyler is the sweetest dog; she’s got a beautiful coat, endearing personality, and she's super smart. I attribute these traits to the thorough breeding program Rhonda runs. She spares no expense when it comes to testing hips, elbows and genes; she’s able to tell you what type of coat your new fur baby will have as well as assure the health of your new pup.
Rhonda spends countless hours socializing her dogs. Before you bring one home it will have heard familiar noises in your house, walked on different types of flooring and grass, and learned how to use both a pee pad and a doggie-door. Rhonda’s professionalism does not stop the day you pick up your new bundle of joy. She regularly posts training tips on her site, offers suggestions for those first few nights of adjusting, and she is only a text message away if you have any questions.
I would highly recommend Rhonda and Zoe’s Doodles to anyone I meet and in fact I have. In my opinion, Goldendoodles are the most amazing pets and Zoe’s Doodles is the perfect breeder.

In our search for a breeder to provide us with our first family puppy, we found Zoe's Doodles. Rhonda is knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. She offers explanations that are easy to understand about the various genetics, disposition testing and generally how to prepare to bring home your puppy. We were so thrilled to be a 'part' of the whelping as video was recorded and Rhonda so thoughtfully kept us up to date on the puppy's growth and development through photos and video updates.
Love, care and nurturing is evident in the way she cares for her own dogs, during their pregnancies, whelping and especially the hands-on approach to optimizing the puppies' health and early development through Early Neurologic stimulation (ENS), socialization, crate and potty training. In the Zoe's Doodle Parents group on FB we have found a supportive place to share our milestones, our joys, our struggles (for some potty-training takes a little longer) and to stay connected with our pup's siblings.
Our Ollie is the most loveable, cuddly pup. His personality suits our family so well. He is eager to please, loves training, and is adaptable to the family schedule. Whether it's going for a long family hike one day, to a lazy Saturday sitting around and reading books - he fits us so well and loves snuggling. My husband and I welcomed Whiskey into our home in October 2021 and we can’t imagine our lives without him now! Months in advance to us receiving our puppy, we were looking at a few different breeders in the lower mainland and beyond trying to find the best fit for our growing family. Whiskey was born in August 2021 and we really appreciated seeing the puppy growing up stages as she shared videos and photos daily of the litters’ training and socialization before ‘gotcha’ day. Puppy selection was really collaborative as Rhonda was very cognizant of what we wanted for puppy fit but also gave expert recommendations to help us make the right decision for us. We ended up picking between two beautiful puppies and are so happy with our decision of choosing Whiskey.
He is now almost 7 months old and we have received so many compliments from family, friends, neighbors and his puppy support system like his trainers, vet and grooming teams. They all comment on how he is the “perfect goldendoodle” that not only looks like a teddy bear but has the best temperament and is so friendly and well socialized. We see this as a testament to Rhonda’s breeding program and Whiskey’s early beginnings with her in potty training, socialization, crate training and so many other things Rhonda does that is above and beyond. We had a traumatic experience with a previous breeder, which led to us reach out to several Doodle breeders within British Columbia. We first fell in love with Boba's (previously Rooster) pictures, he was the only dog that really made us smile and it was truly love at first sight.

We recently just added our third doodle to our pack. Walter (Schroeder) was born on December 12 to the Charlie Brown litter and like all of Rhonda’s litters, I watched as they were born and enjoyed the daily Facebook lives of them reaching all their puppy milestones.
We already had two dogs, so when Rhonda posted that she still had a couple available I was surprised because she normally has a waitlist, but I wasn’t looking for any more dogs at this time. Winter is a more challenging time of year to train a pup so I hoped that they would all find good homes. Then she sent me a picture of this little guy who was sitting so preciously among his littermates and was so calm. I showed my husband and as the saying goes, “the rest was history”.
Rhonda was kind enough to meet us in Revelstoke with the pup and in early March we brought our newest muppet home to meet his sisters. From the first day he has been an amazing pet. He loves his sisters and is super smart. He’s not afraid of new sounds, he’s happy to meet strangers at the park or in a store. His training is going so well and the trainer has often said he’s the top of his class.
Walter is the perfect dog; his coat is a rich reddish brown and beautifully soft like a Gund toy and this little guy has the best facial expressions. He’s sweet and cuddly and we love him so much. I cannot thank Rhonda enough for all the work she does to get those pups ready for their forever homes. I highly recommend Zoe’s Doodles for your next pup. Oh Rhonda, Linus has brought so much love into our lives. He is such a character. We go to coopers dog park almost everyday and Linus seems to make friends with everyone especially other doodles. He is truly a calm, kind gentle soul. Your early days with him sure made him who he is today and we are so thankful!
