Olive the other reindeer

 We’ve been a guardian home since December 2023, and to be honest, we had no idea what that even meant until Rhonda introduced us to it. It turned out to be one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. 

We welcomed Miss Olive into our home shortly after one of our senior dogs passed away, and this sweet, loving little fur ball has filled our lives with so much joy, love, and laughter. If you’ve heard anything about doodles, it's true—they are incredibly affectionate and love being close to their humans. 

Olive’s personality and gentle demeanor are a perfect fit for our family. She brings a calm, comforting energy to our home, which has been especially helpful for our children, both diagnosed with ADHD. She seems to intuitively know how to soothe big emotions and offer the kind of companionship that words can’t express. 

Every time we have guests over, they can’t help but comment on how amazing Olive is. She greets everyone with pure excitement, and once she settles, she makes sure our visitors know how happy she is they're here. 

She makes us laugh every day—especially with her attachment to the tiny bed she had as a puppy, which she still carries around like it’s her favorite stuffed toy. It’s adorable and so very Olive. 

Becoming a guardian home and welcoming Olive into our family has truly been life-changing. We are so grateful to Rhonda and Zoe’s Doodles for trusting us and for the incredible work they do in bringing these beautiful dogs into loving homes. Olive is not just a dog—she’s family, and we love her so much.
