Hello from Neil, Patricia and Kluane!

Finding Zoe’s Doodles guardian program in July 2024 was pure serendipity! On her very last day in Canada, our daughter finally connected in person with her good friend Anjuli and met her dog Olive, who is part of the guardian program. When she found out that we had lost our doodle after more than 15 years and were now looking for another, she explained the program and suggested we check it out.

When we did, we met two females who were both potential mamas. Kluane was  named after one of our favourite places and she had an orange collar on, which is Neil’s favorite colour. He looked at me and said “meant to be”!

Kluane has been a wonderful addition to our family from day one! She is very smart and well behaved. She really enjoyed her training lessons and our trainer was impressed that she had already learned her emergency word! Thanks to Rhonda for that start! She is calm and gentle and very lovable! She loves to play with other dogs! It’s fun to watch her outrun almost anyone - dog, or person! Walks and hikes and camping are more fun! We can't imagine being without her!

Rhonda is the best breeder I have ever known, and she is an overall good human! She cares deeply for all her dogs and is an invaluable source of information and help. The love and care she gives to her puppies and to choosing good homes is evident. 

We love the sense of community that comes with having a Zoe’s doodle! We love the puppy parties at Rhonda and Scott’s and Kluane gets excited as soon as we turn into the long driveway. It feels like going to grandma's house and seeing all your cousins. It's a special place with special canines and special people!
